No one from Jagex, associated with Jagex or any such affiliated company or anyone directed by Jagex or its related companies is permitted to enter or view any content contained within at any time.

1. Exclusive rewards are offered for your consideration into donating to X Ratedz World, you're not paying for any product(s), you are donating of free will. You are not obligated to receive anything in return other than a gift of appreciation of intangible good(s) considered as "X Ratedz World Items". If the server gets terminated from low funds, you will not receive a refund. X Ratedz World will not provide refunds under any circumstances.

2. If something unforunate happens to the server, you are NOT entitled to a refund. This include duplication, downtime, complete shut down, or anything in that nature. Remember, you are donating for the life of the server and to continue playing and receiving better updates.

3. X Ratedz World reserves the right to remove, edit, move or close any content item for any reason.

4. You have permission to use the person's PayPal or credit card and is the age of 18 or older.

5. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless, our subsidiaries, affiliates, related parties, officers, directors, employees, agents, independent contractors, advertisers, partners, and co-branders from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, that may be made by any third party, that is due to or arising out of your conduct or connection with this web site or service, your provision of Content, your violation of this Terms of Use or any other violation of the rights of another person or party.
